- Here's a freeware XCMD for anyone who's interested. It's called
- setFileLock and does exactly what it says: will lock or unlock
- a specified file.

- The form is: setFileLock <fileName>, lock|unlock

- where <fileName> is a full pathname. "True" and "false" will work
- in place of "lock" and "unlock", respectively.

- Errors are reported both in "the result" and in a global called
- gXCMDError.
